Sunrise Moraine Lake – Lake Louise – Emerald Lake – Banff Town

We had an absolutely unforgettable day exploring Banff with Rockies Dream Travel. From watching the sunrise at Moraine Lake to Lake Louies, Emerald Lake and Banff town that was breathtaking and perfectly timed. The 16-seat van is clean and comfortable. Our guide and driver were not only incredibly knowledgeable about the Canadian Rockies but also being fantastic photographers, taking amazing photos of us at every stop. They made the entire trip smooth, enjoyable and stress-free. Highly recommended.

I’ve always been a huge fan of sunrise at Moraine Lake. In the past, I visited at least five times each season. But since 2023, the road has been closed to private vehicles year‑round. To get there now, you must rely on the Parks Canada shuttle, Roam Transit, or a licensed commercial bus. Even when I managed to get shuttle tickets, I still had to sleep in my car somewhere—or pay for an expensive hotel—just to be ready for a 3:45 a.m. pickup at the Lake Louise Park‑and‑Ride. On top of that, parking cost me 42 CAD. It was exhausting and inconvenient. Now, thanks to Rocky Dream Travel, all of that stress is gone. I stay at home, and they pick me up directly. I was genuinely surprised by how comfortable the seats were, how kind and attentive the driver was, and how much I enjoyed the breakfast they provided. I’m very confident in my knowledge of the Canadian Rockies, but our guide and driver still impressed me. His understanding of the area, combined with the stories he shared about the history, landscape, and culture, made the experience even more special. At every stop, his partner—a professional photographer—captured incredible photos for us. Sunrise at Moraine Lake, Lake Louise, and Emerald Lake made for a wonderful tour that I absolutely loved. I joined the sunrise tour to Moraine Lake – Lake Louise – Emerald Lake, and it was an amazing experience from beginning to end. Rocky Dream Travel provided a new, clean, and very comfortable van, which made the early‑morning ride so relaxing. Our driver was kind, caring, and very professional, always making sure everyone felt safe and comfortable. They also provided drinks and breakfast, which was a thoughtful touch and really helped start the day right. Our tour guide shared many interesting stories about the lakes, the mountains, and the history of the area. I learned a lot and enjoyed every moment. Another highlight was the extra photographer who joined the tour. He captured beautiful photos for us at each stop, which made the trip even more special. The landscapes were absolutely stunning: Moraine Lake glowing with its famous bright blue water at red sunrise cover on the top of ten peaks Lake Louise calm and beautiful Emerald Lake shining with its unique jade‑green color The cost was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of service and everything included. Overall, this was a wonderful, stress‑free, and memorable trip. I highly recommend Rocky Dream Travel for anyone wanting to enjoy the Rockies in the best way.

As a solo traveler, I was looking for a convenient way to see the Rockies from Calgary. This tour exceeded my expectations. The small group created a friendly atmosphere, and I met travelers from several different countries. Transportation was comfortable, and the guide was attentive to everyone's needs. I would definitely book with RDT again.

Excellent communication before the tour and a smooth experience from start to finish. The guide was punctual, professional, and genuinely passionate about the Rockies. We visited all the major highlights while still having enough time to take photos and enjoy the scenery. The direct access to Moraine Lake was a huge advantage.

The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the group size was much smaller than some of the larger operators we saw at the lakes. The weather wasn't perfect, but the guide adjusted the schedule to make the most of the day. Overall, a great value and a memorable experience.

If you're staying in Calgary and want an easy way to visit Banff and the lakes, this tour is a great option. No need to worry about driving, parking, or navigating shuttle systems. Everything was taken care of, and we could simply relax and enjoy the views. Moraine Lake was even more beautiful than we expected.
